At Oxy, we’ve always said we’re not just about technology; we’re about creating tools to change the world around us. Every day, we see how it’s become “normal” for people to be unable to pay rent, to sign contracts they don’t understand, to live in fear of being evicted by a faceless investment fund. We see families locked out of decent housing. We see a housing market that has forgotten people.

That’s why we decided to act.

We’re building Homiio, a project born from both frustration and hope. Frustration with a system that treats housing as just another commodity, and hope that together, we can change it.

Why now?

Because we can’t wait for big platforms to suddenly change.
Because speculation won’t stop on its own.
Because families, young people, elders, and migrants need tools now to defend their right to housing.
Because fear is defeated with community.

Homiio won’t just be another platform

We’re not here to compete with Idealista or Zillow by doing the same thing.
We’re creating something different — a place where people can search for housing safely, where rights are clear, and where price isn’t the only thing that matters. We want transparency, justice, and mutual support.

Homiio will include an AI assistant called Sindi, helping you understand what you’re signing, spot illegal clauses, and protect yourself. We want you to find a home without fear, without fine print, and with the strength that comes from knowing you’re not alone.
