Sales Executive

We’re looking for a Sales Executive to lead outreach, build relationships, and drive ethical revenue growth across Oxy’s ecosystem. You’ll connect with mission-aligned partners, landlords, housing collectives, tech advocates, and early customers — turning conversations into collaborations and users into believers.

At Oxy, we don’t just sell products — we build trust in a better way forward. As a Sales Executive, you’ll help expand the reach of tools like Homiio (ethical housing) and Sindi (AI tenant rights), while identifying partnership opportunities that align with our mission.

We’re building a startup that rejects extractive models. That means no shady ads, no user exploitation — just real value. Your job? Help us grow that value ethically and sustainably.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities with landlords, collectives, ethical housing providers, tech partners, and institutional players.

  • Pitch our products in a clear, compelling way — tailored to the needs of different sectors (housing, tech, social impact…).

  • Build and manage a sales pipeline, from lead generation to onboarding.

  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to align messaging and refine offerings based on feedback.

  • Represent Oxy at events, calls, or online conversations with authenticity and clarity.

  • Help define and refine our ethical sales strategy — no pressure tactics, no clickbait, just real value exchange.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, preferably in tech, SaaS, housing, or social enterprises.

  • Excellent communication, listening, and storytelling skills.

  • Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot, Notion, Airtable...) and managing your own pipeline.

  • Alignment with Oxy’s mission — you sell because you believe.

  • Fluent in English (Spanish/Catalan a plus), strong writing and presentation skills.
