As Sales Manager, your role is to connect our purpose with the right people — from housing providers and legal orgs to values-aligned institutions and early adopters. You’ll balance numbers with nuance, ensuring that every client and partner relationship reflects our values of trust, fairness, and long-term impact.
You won’t follow old playbooks — you’ll help write a new one.
What You’ll Do
Lead and manage the day-to-day of the sales pipeline, including inbound/outbound strategy, lead qualification, and closing.
Build and mentor a small sales team — defining goals, tracking performance, and fostering ethical sales practices.
Pitch Oxy’s products to prospective partners and clients with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align messaging, campaigns, and feedback loops.
Identify new markets and partnership opportunities, especially in housing, legal tech, AI, or community services.
Maintain clean CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Notion, or Airtable) and report regularly on progress and insights.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years in B2B/B2C sales or partnership development, ideally in tech, SaaS, or social impact environments.
Experience leading sales processes or small teams, from strategy to execution.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills — clear, thoughtful, and mission-aligned.
Fluent in English (Spanish or Catalan a plus); strong writing and presentation skills.
Bonus: background in housing, legal, AI, or ethical innovation.
Deep alignment with Oxy’s mission and the ability to sell with integrity.
