Recruiting Coordinator

We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to help us grow the team behind Oxy — a purpose-driven startup building ethical technology for real-world change. You’ll coordinate the hiring process, manage candidate communications, and ensure a smooth, thoughtful experience from first contact to onboarding.

As Recruiting Coordinator at Oxy, you’ll play a key role in shaping the team that’s building an ethical tech ecosystem from the ground up. From Homiio (fair housing) to Sindi (AI housing rights), we’re assembling a passionate group of people who want to change how technology serves society — and you’ll help us find them, support them, and bring them onboard smoothly.

We’re looking for someone who’s organized, people-driven, and excited to be part of something early and meaningful.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate the full recruitment process: scheduling interviews, tracking applicants, and keeping communication clear and human.

  • Own and improve hiring workflows using Notion, Slack, email, and any tools we adopt.

  • Be the point of contact for candidates: respond to questions, share updates, and make the experience feel personal and respectful.

  • Help write and refine job descriptions, listings, and onboarding guides.

  • Work with the CEO and team leads to understand hiring needs and keep things moving.

  • Maintain our candidate pipeline and ensure data is organized and up to date.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in recruitment coordination, HR support, or similar admin roles — especially in startups or tech.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication in English (Spanish/Catalan are a plus).

  • Friendly, approachable, and empathetic — someone who knows how to make people feel seen.

  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, Google Calendar, and Airtable (or eager to learn).

  • Passion for ethical innovation and helping build something with purpose.
