Join Oxy as an HR Generalist to manage onboarding, maintain HR documentation, support team well-being, and improve internal processes in a remote-first culture focused on people and ethics.
At Oxy, people come first — in our products and in our team. As our HR Generalist, you’ll help ensure that our internal operations run smoothly and that every team member feels supported, valued, and aligned with our mission.
From onboarding and contracts to well-being and async workflows, you’ll wear many hats to keep our organization cohesive and human.
What You’ll Do
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including contracts, documentation, and setup.
Maintain and organize HR documentation (policies, agreements, leave tracking, etc.) in tools like Notion and Google Drive.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations on compliance and contractor/freelancer matters.
Support team well-being initiatives and help foster a positive, inclusive, remote-first culture.
Answer HR-related questions from the team and act as a point of contact for sensitive matters.
Help improve and streamline our internal people processes (async communication, transparency, feedback, etc.).
What We’re Looking For
Experience in HR, people operations, or administrative support in a startup or remote team setting.
Familiarity with basic HR compliance (contracts, data privacy, onboarding practices).
Excellent organization, discretion, and written communication skills.
Comfortable with async collaboration tools like Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace.
Fluent in English (Spanish/Catalan are a plus).
A human-centered mindset and alignment with Oxy’s mission and values.
