Seeking a Data Analyst to analyze product usage, create dashboards, collaborate across teams, and support data integrity while aligning with ethical values in a remote-first culture focused on building better technology.

You’ll support everything from product usage analytics and growth experiments to internal reporting and impact measurement — always with clean dashboards, clear thinking, and actionable output.
What You’ll Do
Analyze product usage, user flows, and performance across mobile and web apps.
Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools like Metabase, Superset, or Google Data Studio.
Collaborate with product, design, and support teams to define KPIs and evaluate experiments.
Work with raw data from sources like PostHog, MongoDB, APIs, or event logs and turn it into clean, interpretable datasets.
Identify opportunities, surface insights, and tell stories that guide smart, ethical decisions.
Support data integrity, documentation, and clarity across the org.
What We’re Looking For
Experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or BI Analyst in tech or startup settings.
Strong skills in SQL, data wrangling, and creating dashboards for different audiences.
Analytical mindset and ability to ask the right questions — not just crunch numbers.
Familiarity with tools like PostHog, dbt, MongoDB, or basic Python (a plus).
Clear communicator, good writer, and able to explain data to non-technical teammates.
Deep alignment with Oxy’s values around data ethics, privacy, and impact.
