Manage and grow Oxy's social media presence through targeted campaigns.
At Oxy, we're looking for a Community Manager with vision, empathy, and purpose to help us grow an ethical, engaged, and mission-driven community.
You’ll be the voice of Oxy across social platforms, crafting meaningful content and strengthening connections around our mission: using technology to improve lives and create a better future.
What you’ll do:
– Design and execute our content strategy across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
– Create and schedule engaging posts focused on social impact and ethical innovation
– Manage the community: respond to messages, drive conversations, and nurture engagement
– Support launch campaigns, partnerships, and strategic initiatives
– Collaborate with the team (Slack, Notion) and bring creative ideas to the table
What we’re looking for:
– Experience in community management or strong willingness to learn
– Excellent writing skills, visual sensibility, and content intuition
– Passion for social impact, ethical tech, and the startup ecosystem
– Commitment, autonomy, and the drive to build something meaningful
