We’re looking for an Account Director to lead high-impact relationships with key partners, clients, and organizations aligned with Oxy’s mission. You’ll manage strategic accounts, identify new opportunities, and ensure long-term value creation across our ecosystem — from housing and legal tech to ethical AI.

Oxy is building a future where technology is ethical, transparent, and human-centered. As Account Director, you’ll work at the front lines of that mission — forming and growing partnerships that expand the reach and impact of our products like Homiio, Sindi, and Mention.

You’ll build strong, lasting relationships with housing providers, legal orgs, ethical investors, NGOs, tech partners, and institutions — helping them understand our value and stay aligned as we scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow strategic partner relationships — from onboarding and engagement to long-term success.

  • Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and shared impact goals.

  • Identify and develop new partnership and growth opportunities across sectors (housing, legal, AI, social impact).

  • Collaborate closely with product, legal, marketing, and executive teams to align goals and delivery.

  • Track account health, feedback, milestones, and success metrics via tools like Notion, Airtable, or HubSpot.

  • Represent Oxy externally with clarity, conviction, and authenticity.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years in account management, partnerships, or client success — ideally in tech, SaaS, housing, legal, or nonprofit spaces.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — in both structured and high-trust environments.

  • Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and ethical compass.

  • Fluent in English (Spanish/Catalan a plus); confident leading presentations, proposals, and negotiations.

  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and async workflows.
